This from Lindsay Jones of the Denver Post: The employees at Multiline International Imports have a large digital sign near their business at the intersection of 58th and Logan, just east of I-25 north of downtown Denver, and have decided to use the signage for football purposes. The digital board, with rotating images, says “Broncos Fans to John Fox: Play Tebow!” The image then rotates to show a picture of Tebow coming out of the tunnel at the Broncos’ stadium. – Denver Post   Read more here. The Denver Broncos travel to Lambeau Field this weekend to play the Green Bay Packers in their 13th overall matchup all-time. The regular season series is tied at 5-5-1 with the packers winning the last 2 overall. 5 of those games have been played in Green Bay or Milwaukee dating back to 1971. The Broncos have never won in Wisconsin, but the lone tie in the series occurred in Milwaukee during the 1987 season. The Pro Football Hall of Fame released the list of 103 modern-era nominees for the Class of 2012 yesterday. Several former Denver Broncos made the list including Coach Dan Reeves, defensive back Steve Atwater, running back Terrell Davis, linebacker Karl Mecklenburg, and wide receiver Rod Smith. Rod Smith made the list in his first year of eligibility. He finished his career with 11,389 receiving yards, the best in franchise history, and 71 total touchdowns. Dan Reeves coached in 4 Super Bowls, 3 while with the Broncos and 1 with the Atlanta Falcons when they played Denver after the 1998 season. [...]

Wrigley Field. Madison Square Garden. Fenway Park. All are storied stadiums/arenas, but the Broncos destination this weekend takes the cake of all cakes. Lambeau Field sits in a town where football is everything. “It’s different from everywhere,” Kyle Orton said. “It’s an old school atmosphere.” Orton knows. Fans of the Denver Broncos already know how good linebacker Von Miller has been for the team during the first three weeks of the NFL season, and now the second overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft is getting some recognition from “the worldwide leader in sports”. ESPN published rankings created by Matt Williamson of the top rookies in the NFL, with Miller leading all contenders. Two games in the AFC West came down to three points, while another simply shocked the NFL world. The AFC West was action packed, so let’s take a look at the week that was and let’s see what’s to come. Denver Broncos (1-2): Looking Back: There was no calamity by the Cumberland this year. The Broncos can be 3-0 or they can be 0-3 as John Fox pointed out today during his press conference. In their 1-2 start, the team has lost two games by three points, and won one game by 2 points. They don’t come much closer than that.
