Mariota had a nice rookie year, and the Titans did manage to get a good offensive tackle, and also secured a lot of valuable draft picks in exchange for the number one overall pick.  Now they need those draft picks to stick, and they need to hit in the next two drafts to really compete.  Mariota is not enough by himself (or with Demarco Murray for that matter), to win a lot of games for the Titans.  They need to use this haul they scored to set them up for years to come.  The good news is they should be picking very high with their own pick for the next few years as well, so they should be able to build it up nicely if they draft well.
