The Chargers did manage to address one of their top two needs by grabbing Joey Bosa with the number 3 overall pick.  However, their offensive line is very, very offensive to me, and would have been my primary concern if I was running the team.  The Chargers were just bad last year, and there is nothing Phillip Rivers can do about it.  They did not improve enough anywhere to think that anything will be any different.  This is what happens when you waste valuable 1st round picks on running backs.
