4. Josey Jewell, LB

Josey Jewell has been the subject of plenty of scrutiny from the Denver Broncos fan base over the course of his first two NFL seasons, and perhaps rightly so.

Jewell struggled at times with his run fits and definitely struggled to cover faster players in space, but he took Todd Davis’ job in 2020 and that really shocked a lot of people.

Not only that, but because of other injuries, Jewell has ended up playing pretty much every down for the Broncos’ defense through four games, and he played one of his best games as a pro against the Jets.

Jewell led the team with 10 total tackles and he added two sacks, two tackles for loss, and a pass breakup.

It was a great performance from Jewell, who loaded up the stat sheet but really made his presence felt throughout the game.
