Jalen Reagor Denver Broncos 2020 NFL Draft

At this point, Jalen Reagor may be one of the best and most realistic second round targets for the Broncos at the wide receiver position.

Not only does he have explosive, sub-4.4 speed, but Reagor is a very intelligent football player who attacks the ball in the air with the kind of aggressiveness that can make him valuable immediately for this team.

One thing that the Chiefs have in spades that the Broncos simply don’t have much of at all is team speed. Everyone is fast.

The Broncos have a different kind of alpha weapon in the passing game in Courtland Sutton, whose elite athleticism sort of makes up for his lack of sub-4.4 speed, but adding a player like Reagor would help tremendously and would perhaps amplify the other strengths in Denver’s offense overall.

The Broncos would still need to find more speed later in this draft to keep the offense dynamic no matter which set of guys they put on the field, but this would be a tremendous start.
