Broncos Clip Of The Week
Denver Broncos Hall of Fame running back, Floyd Little, was honored at halftime of last Sunday’s game. He officially received his Hall of Fame ring along with a HOF decal next to his name on the Broncos Ring of Fame. His speech makes our clip of the week. Congratulations Floyd! Broncos Bits And Pieces
Head over to NFL.com’s Blog Blitz to read my latest article about the Broncos. There, I talk about the Broncos’ red zone struggles and how they based their decisions off of Peyton Manning. Also if you haven’t seen the AFC West Breakdown post, I suggest you head over there to get caught up on the rest of the teams from the division. Make sure to follow Predominantly Orange on Facebook.
AFC West Breakdown: Week 3
The AFC West is looking like free beer night at the local bar – something everyone wants to take advantage of. Just like in week 1, the Chiefs were the only team from the division to win a game. The Chargers are notoriously known for their slow starts, the Broncos are a question mark from game to game, and the Raiders are always sitting at the tail end of the division. The Chiefs are the best and most consistent team thus far, and one of just three teams in the league with an undefeated record. As I wipe the tears from my eyes, here’s the complete breakdown [...]

Broncos: If you were thinking Tebow from the 1-yard line, you weren’t alone. Don’t count on that option soon. A nice little preview of what the Broncos have to look forward to next week. Kenny McKinley was remembered in Georgia yesterday. NFL players are often reluctant to ask for help. Stats don’t tell the whole tale. What happens on 3rd down and in the red zone mean a lot, according to McDaniels. Bronco Talk’s studs and duds from week 3. AFC West: Will the Chiefs bye-week kill their momentum? Should the Raiders draft another kicker in the first round? Trick [...]
Peyton Manning In A League Of His Own
Just as 2+2 =4, the sky is blue, and babies don’t really come from storks, Peyton Manning is going to be a factor in any game he plays in. That’s just a fact of life. It doesn’t matter if he has one hand tied behind his back, if he’s playing in terribly cold weather, or if he only has three receivers suit up for him to throw to, as was the case Sunday against the Broncos. The man is not a mere mortal. He’s a quarterback with all superhero powers combined. Manning finished the day with 325 yards (89% of the Colts [...]
Broncos Lose To The Colts In Week 3
Once again, the Denver Broncos played under a desert-like sun with temperatures at nearly 90-degrees. Unlike last week where the Broncos roasted some bird (Seahawks) in the hot weather, the team couldn’t put the Indianapolis Colts and Manning on ice. Source: Yardbarker Offensively, the Broncos were like that guy who is very good at approaching and talking to a woman, but just can’t ever manage to ask for her phone number or take her to dinner. They went 0-5 in the redzone as far as scoring touchdowns goes. Matt Prater kicked two field goals to get 6 points from within the redzone. One heart wrenching first [...]
Broncos Clip Of The Week
A humorous piece by ESPN’s Kenny Mayne explaining why Peyton Manning’s offense is so hard to decipher.
Broncos VS. Colts Preview
Sunday is not just another game day for the Denver Broncos. This week, they play for #11 Kenny McKinley. They play for his family, his friends, and his legacy. Then, the Broncos will play for themselves. As a very tough Indianapolis Colts (1-1) team lands on the tarmac at Denver International Airport, I hope they notice the somber skies surrounding Denver that always follows a Broncos player’s death. As the mental preparations are probably tougher than past weeks, the team will need to harness all of its energy to get this win. The last time the Broncos and Colts met was in December of 2009 where the Colts beat the [...]

If you or someone you know would like to donate, please send money to: Kenny McKinley’s Trust Fund c/o NFL Players Association 1133 20th Street, NW Washington, DC 20036 In other McKinley related news, I contributed an article to NFL.com about McKinley’s death and the potential impact it can have on the Broncos this Sunday and beyond. AFC West Breakdown: Week 2
Bring out the brooms because the division cleaned house with all four teams picking up wins. The Broncos, Raiders, and Chargers picked up their first win of the season while the Chiefs are still undefeated. The Raiders and Chiefs won their games on defense while the Broncos and Chargers lit up the scoreboard with both teams scoring more than 30 points. Week two was full of bone crushing action, so let’s take a closer look at each team from the AFC West. Denver Broncos (1-1): Looking Back: The Broncos won their 11th straight home opener, and they did it in fiery fashion. [...]
