Tackle Garett Bolles

Along with Drew Lock, Garett Bolles had been another player that people wanted the Broncos to cut ties with. Well, Broncos Country, Bolles has proven you wrong.

He has shown tremendous growth in a year that could have been his final one in the Mile High City. He has performed so well that he earned a contract extension, shocking the world.

Before the extension, the expectation was that the Broncos would use one of their top draft picks to select a left tackle in the 2021 NFL Draft to replace Bolles. Now that he signed the big deal, the team is expected to look at other positions.

Bolles has been noticed a lot more by outlets such as Pro Football Focus for his much-improved play. He’s one of the top left tackles in the league this year according to them.

Oftentimes, we see players regress after they sign a massive deal. Not with Bolles. He has given the team his all the entire year.

Bolles is now tied to the Broncos through the 2024 season. It will be very interesting to see how much more he can improve and if he does.
