Week 6:  Miami Dolphins- Graham Tiedtke Follow @GrahamTiedtkePO

In Week 6, the Broncos host Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins. By this point in the season, every team should have a sense of what their identity is for 2020.

Drew Lock will have ten career games under his belt by this time and should have much better chemistry and timing with his wideouts and tight ends. This team is young so they really need that experience all together.

If I were to guess how the Broncos defense will do against Tagovailoa, I’d say that they could have problems if he decides to take off with his legs. Despite his hip knee injury he suffered late in college, he still could pose that threat.

My prediction for Tagovailoa is that he will throw for 176 yards and a touchdown, while giving the Broncos defense a pick in return. I also believe that the Broncos outside linebackers will end up sacking the Alabama product two times. It will be two of the following three: Von Miller, Bradley Chubb, and Alexander Johnson.

On offense for the Broncos, I anticipate Drew Lock and his receivers being ready to go. The Broncos will spread the ball around through the passing game, and Lock will have north of 200 yards through the air. My stat prediction for Courtland Sutton is 6 catches for 72 yards and a score.

Jerry Jeudy has dominated the Broncos defensive backs  so far in practice and I expect him to do the same to the Dolphins. Four catches for 60 yards and a score.

Phillip Lindsay and Melvin Gordon will split carries and each have a decent game, but not what Broncos Country hopes for. I think this game will have a lot of passing yards, and not so many rushing yards.

Final Score:  Broncos 17  Dolphins 10
