Shane Falco is this man.

Falco dealt with his issues in college and becoming the leader of a team full of replacement players. There never was denying the talent of Falco. It was more due to his commitment and will to win in the big moments.

Time and time again Falco shined when the Replacements team needed him. Whether this was as a leader or playmaker.
