The Denver Broncos are once again in the position of finding the next Head Coach to lead the team. Potential candidates have already been identified.

The Denver Broncos made the decision on Monday to part ways with Vance Joseph leaving them with a vacancy at Head Coach.

Winning football games is the biggest task for a coach within an organization such as the Broncos. The standard has been long set by Pat Bowlen and it remains as such.

The Broncos’ on-field product on Sundays lacked consistency and management. Several losses this season could be pinpointed in theory due to a lack of game management – issues that had continued to plague the Broncos.

For example, against the Chiefs on Monday Night Football, Denver held a 10 point advantage heading into the fourth quarter.

For the offense, the run game was working between the dynamic combination of Royce Freeman and Phillip Lindsay racking up over 130 yards rushing and 2 TD’s combined.

Denver proceeded to throw the ball in the fourth rather than running out the clock in terms of game strategy. The list could go on and on, but it’s important to note that these are all things to keep in mind when the Broncos hire their next Head Coach.

They simply cannot make the same mistakes, and need to bring in a candidate who will transform the team in every facet.

Here is a look at known candidates the Broncos have requested to interview.
