Seahawks @ Raiders (in London)

The Oakland Raiders play the Seattle Seahawks in the first London game of the season on Sunday. This matchup features two teams that are struggling.

Oakland has won just one game so far in this young-but-aging season. Seattle are not doing much better, with just two games in the win column.

Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch faces his old team. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson faces a Raiders defense that is not very good. I think the result of this game is because of Oakland’s bad defense.

This game might turn into a smelly one for the Raiders. Wilson should be able to get passes thrown to receiver Doug Baldwin, as well as his other targets, especially in the red zone.

The Oakland Raiders (1-4) will play the Seattle Seahawks (2-3) on Sunday morning in London.

Two mediocre teams, at best, will square off and hope to get a win to salvage their season. The Seahawks are only a game below .500 and can easily turn their season around if they get a win this weekend.

The Raiders have one of the worst defenses in the league, and almost no rushing attack. Everything the Raiders do rests on Derek Carr’s shoulders.

I do not believe he has the capability to beat Seattle. While their defense is merely a shell of its old self, the Seahawks are still very capable of causing some defensive damage.

That, paired with a solid run game this year (thanks to one Russell Wilson), should make this a win for Seattle this week. If I had to pick between Derek Carr and Russell Wilson to go out and win their team a game themselves, I’m taking Wilson every time.
