This a position that the Broncos are blessed with talent on the outside but need a little help on the inside. Start with the obvious. This group is led by All-Pro, defensive player of the year candidate and reigning Super Bowl MVP Von Miller.

The man is a nightmare for opposing offenses. Requiring double and sometimes triple team blocking, he opens up the game for his teammates. Throw in Shane Ray, Shaquil Barrett and Brandon Marshall and this is a solid group.

Losing Danny Trevathan made a fairly big impact however. His leadership and skills not only defending the run but helping in coverage of opposing tight ends was sorely missed. This will most likely garner some attention from the Broncos.

Landing someone along the lines of a Lawrence Timmons of Pittsburgh would be a huge boost. The Broncos most likely will not allocate a lot of money here though. Todd Davis should be brought back and allowed to continue to develop. There is also a deep talent pool at inside linebacker in this years draft that could see Denver grab someone in the middle rounds.
