If I told you the Denver Broncos finished this six-game stretch with the 26th-ranked scoring offense and 9th-ranked scoring defense, you'd probably think that the team won two, maybe three of these six games.

It really does not feel like the Broncos are 4-2. This year's 4-2 start feels a lot different than last year's. Just about nothing is working on offense, but the bright side here is that the team's inept offense does also prove how good this team can truly be if they get that side of the ball figured out.

The Broncos have three games left before the bye in Week 10. Let's predict how many of those games they'll win.

Denver Broncos have 3 winnable games left before their Week 10 bye

Week 7 @ Arizona Cardinals

The Broncos play the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7, which honestly might be a bit of a reward given how tough the first six games were. Arizona is 1-4 on the season with the 32nd-ranked scoring defense heading into Week 6. This team is in year one of the Mike LaFleur era and are every bit of a rebuilding team.

Simply put, the Broncos need to throttle the Cardinals. This game is the one that many of us should have circled in terms of the offense perhaps getting going for once this year. The Cardinals have allowed at least 31 points in four of five games this year, and with the team playing the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6, it feels like that they'll give up a ton of yards.

Arizona really doesn't do a single thing better than Denver. This is going to be an offensive breakout for the team.

Prediction: Broncos win 28-17

Week 8 vs. Kansas City Chiefs

The Broncos have beaten the Chiefs at home three years in a row - each year of the Sean Payton era. While the Broncos did lose in Week 1 to the Chiefs, they swept Kansas City last year and nearly swept them in 2024.

I know that 'almost' does not count, but for the context of what we're talking about, it does. The main difference with the 2026 Chiefs is the presence of Kenneth Walker III, who has been an MVP candidate this year. On paper, though, the Broncos are the more talented team, and I think we saw that play out as expected when the Chiefs had Patrick Mahomes healthy and in the lineup in 2025.

This is going to be a close game, but it's also going to have some of that buzz from the 2025's home game against Kansas City. The Broncos have been nearly unbeatable at home, as they're perfect at home this year already.

Denver wins this one by a field goal.

Prediction: Broncos win 23-20

Week 9 @ Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers are 2-2 entering Week 6. The Panthers are getting some really slick play from Bryce Young, but they're not getting a ton from their defense. Having gone 10-10 in Young's starts since the start of 2025, the Panthers are a perfectly mediocre team. They won the NFC South with an 8-9 record last year and just don't really consistently threaten you.

While Carolina isn't a bad team by any means, Denver is simply a tier or two above them, and assuming the Broncos plan on competing for a Super Bowl title this year, these games are ones that simply need to be won.

This could end up being a higher-scoring affair, as Carolina ranks 4th in points scored per game. With that said, the Broncos have enough firepower on both sides of the ball to continue this predicted winning streak.

Denver also typically goes on a run in October and November, as evidenced by both years of the Bo Nix era. A fifth win in a row against a frisky team caps off our predictions. Could the Broncos head into the bye week 7-2?

Prediction: Broncos win 27-23
