The Denver Broncos have some obvious needs on offense and should take a look at this Las Vegas Raiders' free agent player. In an effort to stick it to the team's rivals, the Broncos should look and see what AFC West free agents are available that could fit the team's needs.
The most pressing need in my opinion is along the offensive line. Sure, Russell Wilson's style of play does make him more vulnerable to take more sacks, but the line itself was still subpar. George Paton has said that the team will be aggressive in free agency.
I'd guess that one of the first signings would be along the offensive line as there are some quality free agents out there. However, just because a team is aggressive in free agency does not mean that they need to spend a ton of money. In fact, the "winners" of free agency usually aren't the ones that spend a ton, but are the ones that are able to find free agency steals for pennies on the dollar.
This is especially true for high value positions like the offensive line.
One player that sticks out is from the Las Vegas Raiders and is a free agent this year. 2022 was the first year that Jermaine Eluemunor was a full-time starter, and he played quite well. He started every game and earned a 75.3 grade from PFF. He allowed just three sacks, but the ten penalties he got called for was quite a lot.
Either way, he was very good for the Raiders in 2022. Broncos' fans might not like the idea of a team trying yet another veteran retread at tackle, but Eluemunor can help fill the need, at least temporarily.
The Broncos could go a different route and invest big money in a player like Jawaan Taylor or Mike McGlinchey, but Eluemunor would perhaps be the best bang for the buck.
