The Denver Broncos are getting through their training camp practices, but they have not come without a bit of uneasiness. We've seen guys like Jaylen Waddle, Luke Wattenberg, and Nik Bonitto suffer injuries.
At the moment, there isn't any reason to believe that any of them are serious, as Bonitto was back at practice on Friday, and Waddle did appear to be moving better on the field. Injuries are part of the game, but that can't stop the overall mission of the team.
The Broncos had another training camp practice on Friday. Let's dive into some things you may have missed during this practice.

Bo Nix lights it up during a simulated two-minute drill near the end of practice
Bo Nix, near the end of the Broncos camp practice, lit it up during a simulated two-minute drill, leading a 'game-winning' touchdown drive, hitting tight end Evan Engram in the endzone for the win. He also hit Courtland Sutton for a massive gain as well.
Spectacular two minute drill by Bo Nix and DEN O. Down 24-20 with 1:25 remaining.

Nix drove offense down the field and found Evan Engram for a score with 18 seconds left to take lead.
Had a nice throw to Sutton from 35 yard line to the 8
Even in practice, Nix is performing well in late-game situations, which is incredibly unsurprising given how good he was in these situations during the 2025 season.
Marvin Mims Jr, Nate Adkins, and Matt Henningsen suffer injuries
One year after his Achilles tear during a joint practice, Matt Henningsen tears his other Achilles. It's a sad ending for Henningsen, who was holding his own in camp.
Devastating news: #Broncos DL Matt Henningsen suffered a torn Achilles today per source. It occurred one year after he tore his other Achilles during joint practice with 49ers in Santa Clara.

All that rehab. All that work to come back. And Henningsen was having a good camp.
Both Marvin Mims Jr and Nate Adkins also both suffered injuries as well during Friday's practice. Both walked off the field with a trainer:

The injuries are beginning to pile up for the Broncos, which is less than ideal. The team will likely proceed with intense caution with the injured players to increase their chances of getting back onto the field as quickly as possible.
Broncos make some of roster moves
The Broncos also worked out some wide receivers today, signing Kyre Duplessis:

WR Ben Patterson
WR Kyrese Rowan
WR Devin Voisin
Broncos ended up signing Kyre Duplessis.
With the receiver injuries, even minimal, the Broncos still felt the need to bring in a fresh body. In a cooresponding move, the team waived cornerback Jaden Robinson:

And then, an old friend was signed, as wide receiver Kyrese Rowan is also back in the mix, contigent on a physical, according to Luca Evans:
#Broncos are signing WR Kyrese Rowan, per source. Had a tryout yesterday. A familiar face, as Rowan was with Denver through camp in ‘25 and landed there again during regular season.

Contingent on passed physical.
It was a busy day of camp on Friday, and with the Broncos approaching game week, the focus should soon shift to beginning to prepare for the Atlanta Falcons, which will take place on August 14th.
