Dylan Parham, Tight End

The Broncos seem to be pretty focused on five tight ends with Albert Okwuegbunam, Greg Dulcich, Eric Saubert, Eric Tomlinson and Andrew Beck all being in the mix with this offense. Obviously, not all of them will make the final 53-man roster.

So that means that the team’s two undrafted tight ends—Dylan Parham and Rodney Williams— won’t either. You can take your pick as to which one could go here, but I’ll take Parham as Williams likely has more upside as an athletic receiver.

Parham is a blocking tight end and made that work in college but the Broncos already have Saubert, Tomlinson and Beck and each of them can do that pretty well.

The Broncos certainly don’t need seven tight ends on the roster at this stage and the competition between Saubert, Tomlinson and Beck does seem to be pretty close so the team needs to focus the time that it has before the regular season starts on those three guys.

Williams, if he survives long enough, could find himself as a candidate to make the practice squad.
