Former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown tweeted on Thursday that Kanye West should buy the Denver Broncos.

It’s not official by any means, but it’s possible that you can add Kanye West into the groups bidding to purchase the Denver Broncos. West is not the first and won’t be the last to bid on the team (that is if he does bid).

This became a thing on Thursday with Antonio Brown hitting the Twitter machine. Brown, the former Steelers, Raiders, and Buccaneers wide receiver tweeted the following:

This is either Brown tweeting random things like he has in the past, or it very well could mean that West may be legitimately interested in purchasing the Broncos.

Either way, it just adds another name to the potential buyer’s list.

West’s reported net worth as of March of 2021 was $6.6 billion. The starting bid to purchase the Broncos is reportedly going to be around $4 billion. So hypothetically, West could do it.

So where does Brown come into play in all of this? Brown became the president of Donda Sports. They could use that company’s money to put in a bid for the Broncos.

In October of 2021, it was reported that West was going to open a school in Simi Valley.

This isn’t actually the first time that West’s name has been involved with the Broncos. While not to the degree of actually purchasing the team, West actually sent outside linebacker Von Miller some cleats to wear for the team’s regular-season debut against the Carolina Panthers in 2016. That may not sound like much, but it sort of does show a level of interest.

The opening of a school and his involvement with Miller are some pretty interesting tidbits. How could you not just love that?

West is an extremely-known musical artist and could potentially generate a boatload of popularity by fans. His fans could essentially become Broncos fans, too. It would be a win-win for both sides.
