Denver Broncos trade candidate: Jerry Jeudy, WR
Once again, this is not an article looking at players the Denver Broncos should have on the trade block.
We’re looking at players that could be traded under the right circumstances in 2022, and Jerry Jeudy undoubtedly falls in that category.
The category may be specific, however, as it relates to Jeudy.
The only way I see the Broncos being willing to make a deal involving Jerry Jeudy is if they are getting a player like Aaron Rodgers or Russell Wilson in return, or if they potentially can strike a deal in a sign-and-trade for Davante Adams of the Packers.
This is all hypothetical and we’re just talking about scenarios right now, not reports of anything happening.
With that being said, everyone in Broncos Country is expecting Jeudy to be a big part of the offense as a new QB comes in. However, if Aaron Rodgers wants to bring his buddy Adams with him to Denver, Jeudy could also be the odd man out.
Many in Broncos Country have suggested KJ Hamler in a trade with the Packers, but Hamler is coming off of injury and Jeudy has an additional year of team control on his rookie contract.
There’s no question about which player another team would want if the Broncos had to send one back in a major QB deal.
3 Denver Broncos free agent QB targets that may be worth the risk
The Denver Broncos are going to be all-in on the quarterback market in the 2022 offseason. Are there any free agents out there worth the risk?
Ultimately, the hope is that Jeudy gets to stay put even if the Broncos do pull off a big quarterback trade, but you never know what can happen and all bets are off regarding quarterbacks in trades.
