Coming off back-to-back victories, the Denver Broncos look to extend their winning streak to three games, at home, against the Philadelphia Eagles.

This man pictured above, Jonathon Cooper, will have a huge impact on Sunday’s matchup with Jalen Hurts and the Eagles. On a field literally surrounded by stars, Cooper may have shined the brightest.

With eyes set on how this team would look without Von Miller, Cooper helped numb the pain with a multi-sack performance, along with more QB pressures. Prescott should be having nightmares about Cooper after his performance Sunday.

Newcomers Kenny Young and Stephen Weatherly have both provided an immediate spark to the defense, providing new energy and hunger. Along with Cooper, pressing his college teammate, Baron Browning in the middle alongside Kenny Young has this inside linebacker group playing as fast as we have seen this season.

Quinn Meinerz had to fill in for injured right guard Graham Glasgow as Glasgow suffered an ankle fracture. Calvin Anderson filled in for Garrett Bolles at left tackle admirably. Anderson played like a mad man and made a case for himself to be in this unit’s starting five.

Bobby Massie also left the game early against the Dallas Cowboys, pushing Cam Fleming to fill in for his right tackle position. Fleming came in and played well himself. If you’re keeping up here, that’s the entire right side of the offensive line and half of the left side that were not finishing this game, yet the Denver Broncos rushing attack looked more impressive than it has all season.

Melvin Gordon rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries, while rookie Javonte “Angry Runs” Williams rushed for 117 yards on 17 carries. Gordon kept the boat rocking while Williams went full throttle and broke through waves of defenders when needed.

Overall, this performance Sunday deserves a tip of the cap from Broncos Country. This team felt the pressure, felt the intensity and they consumed it and exploded through the Dallas Cowboys. From top to bottom, GM to the rookie class, coach’s play calls to the player’s execution, everyone did their job resulting in a blowout victory of not only America’s team, but one of America’s better teams.

With the Denver Broncos throttling the Dallas Cowboys, 30-16, the Broncos are now 3-0 against the NFC East. In my preseason predictions for the team, I had the Broncos actually sweeping the NFC East, the final test for that theory will arrive Sunday.

From all angles, the Denver Broncos clicked. Execution, play calling, run-game, getting pressure on the quarterback, in every aspect of the game the Denver Broncos dominated. However, this upcoming game with the Eagles presents a different task, with a different type of game plan.

Pat Surtain II is looking like he may miss this game with a knee sprain, but nothing is official yet. This is a bummer for a couple of reasons, one, Surtain II is playing absolutely lights out, and two, I would have loved to see him match up with former Crimson Tide teammate, DeVonta Smith.

Head Coach of the Philadelphia Eagles, Nick Sirianni has this offense scoring 25.2 ppg, which is good enough for 11th in the entire NFL. Will the Denver Broncos be able to hold this Eagles’ attack under their season average at 25.2 points per game?
