The Denver Broncos take on the Cleveland Browns on Thursday Night Football, kicking off the Week 7 slate for the NFL.

Under the primetime lights in Cleveland, OH the Broncos will look to snap their 3-game losing streak after suffering defeats to the Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Las Vegas Raiders.

After starting out the year really strong and dominating their competition, Denver does not look like the same team as before. The offense under offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur has looked drastically different and has not had much success at all as of late. Teddy Bridgewater has not stepped up his play in recent games but is also suffering through some lingering injuries.

The defense has been disappointing, to say the least. Broncos Country had high hopes for this unit as they have some of the top players at their respective positions in the whole league. Vic Fangio hasn’t been necessarily great either, especially being known a defensive guy.

Nonetheless, the Denver Broncos have a golden opportunity on Thursday Night Football and that golden opportunity is turning the season around.

The Denver Broncos have a golden opportunity to turn the season around under the primetime lights.

The Broncos can change the narrative about this team and really turn the season around with a win against the Browns. They have the perfect opportunity to do so. What else can they ask for?

Primetime game on Thursday Night Football, everyone will be watching and most importantly, the national media will be tuned in. If Denver really wants to earn some respect, it starts Thursday.

They’re going to have to not only beat the Browns on the road, but dominate them. Cleveland is way too banged up to not just beat them by one possession. With the talent the Broncos have on this roster and to the players that will be playing for the Browns Thursday night, this should be a two-possession game.

Now yes, we have to take into account the coaching staff. This staff for Denver has not been great as of recent, and that is being nice. Fangio and coaches have to scheme up a better game plan for this game or not, some changes might be made after the game.

Von Miller made a vow in Tuesday’s presser stating that, “I will play well in this game. … I’m going to have a great game. … I don’t know who the tackle I’m going against is, but I’m going to kill him.”

This is what you want to hear as a Broncos fan. Hopefully this type of energy can transfer to the rest of the team and capitalize in front of the big stage.

If you ask me, the Broncos have one of the best opportunities of the year to change everything that has happened this season. From the 3-0 start to dropping three games in a row that were very winnable, Denver needs to take advantage of this.

With a Broncos win, they’ll be 4-3 in the season. They will travel back home to take on the Washington Football Team and can be 5-3 going into Dallas to take on the Cowboys. But it all starts on Thursday.
