Now that we have had a few days to digest the Denver Broncos’ schedule for the coming season, there has been plenty to take away.

We have talked about everything from the most intriguing games on the slate to the most difficult. We have also predicted the team’s win-loss record. But how many games will this team win?

That is a very difficult question to ask right now, but let’s start with the games that the team has the best chance of winning.

When the schedule was released, many Broncos fans were excited about the way the games fell into place. Though the team closes the season by playing many of its divisional games down the final stretch, the way the season kicks off couldn’t have been much better for the team.

Of course, every season is a new one and on any given Sunday, any team in the NFL can get a win. There are no sure bets in the NFL.

With that in mind, let’s take a look at some of the more winnable games on this year’s schedule.

Week 1 at New York Giants

It’s hard to say what the Giants will look like this season. They will be getting back a healthy Saquon Barkley and they have retooled the offense with Kenny Golladay, Kyle Rudolph and rookie Kadarius Toney.

But the Giants have not been a competitive team for many years and there’s not really any reason to think that is going to change in 2021.

This is the season opener and as such, it’s always hard to project how teams will look right out of the gate. One thing we can say is that both teams should be relatively close to full health and Denver just has the better roster.

As long as they can handle going on the road, this should be a win. It’s difficult to say that the Broncos will win this game comfortably, it will probably be a dogfight, but it’s one of the more winnable games on the schedule to be sure.
