If you have not noticed already, cornerback was a prime focus in this article. This brings us to the final corner of this slideshow. Trust me other prospects will interest Denver as we move closer to the NFL Combine and NFL Draft. The final corner prospect we will talk about is Georgia’s cornerback Eric Stokes.

Of all the corners listed, Stokes may very well be the only pure boundary cornerback of those listed. Stokes brings primarily a press style to a defense. That might not check a box with Vic Fangio and Denver Broncos.

A boundary cornerback will for them though. Stokes also may only be a man coverage corner. Fangio showed a willingness to change to press-man; however, some teams still exposed them at times. Fangio is a defensive mastermind that still shows his mistakes.

Stokes could be a missing piece to his man coverage defense if Fangio chooses to go down that route.

Because of the decision looming with A.J Bouye Denver does need to choose the direction they need to go. As mentioned in the introduction and throughout the piece, Denver should still address cornerback despite Bouye rumors. Farley, Surtain II, Horn, Stokes should be strongly considered.
