Lamar Miller (Bears practice squad)

Miller is currently on the Chicago Bears’ practice squad, but they would have to designate him as one of the players they’re protecting before the Denver Broncos would sign him.

Miller has shown that he can be a productive player in the NFL. He’s in his ninth year in the league, which began with the Miami Dolphins before he went on to the Houston Texans, and now Bears practice squad.

Miller has reached 1,000+ rushing yards twice in his career and came close to that mark several other times.

He has caught about 70 percent of the passes thrown his way (209 of 271). That would be a big help in Shurmur’s offense.
