Tight Ends (4, 19/53)

  • Noah Fant
  • Albert Okwuegbunam
  • Nick Vannett
  • Andrew Beck

Cuts: Jake Butt, Jeff Heuerman, Troy Fumagalli, Austin Fort

There may not be a tougher position group to make cuts right now than at tight end for the Broncos.

The Broncos selected these players when they were running a different style of offense, and the best fit for the Pat Shurmur offense could potentially be last year’s UDFA star Austin Fort.

Jake Butt has practice squad eligibility, and I would love to see him land there if he doesn’t win a roster spot outright.

Troy Fumagalli started five games last year in his first NFL season (11 games total), but wasn’t able to stand out like Andrew Beck down the stretch of the season.

Beck’s versatility as a fullback/H-back/tight end/special teams player wins him the fourth spot here.
