Quarterback (2, 2/53)

  • Drew Lock
  • Jeff Driskel

Cuts: Brett Rypien, Riley Neal

At this point in time, there’s no question about which quarterbacks are the top two on the Broncos’ roster.

After Drew Lock and Jeff Driskel, will the Broncos keep an active third quarterback every week?

I don’t think that will be 100 percent necessary, but the practice squad player could be important. If one of the quarterbacks is hurt or contracts COVID-19, the practice squad player could very well wind up one snap away from action at multiple points in the regular season.

Special Teams (3, 5/53)

  • Brandon McManus (K)
  • Sam Martin (P)
  • Wes Farnsworth (LS)

Cuts: Jacob Bobenmoyer (LS)

As much football as I have digested in my lifetime, the only determining factor for a long snapper battle that I can think of is consistency.

Which long snapper between Wes Farnsworth and Jacob Bobenmoyer will be more consistent? This battle will be decided in camp.
