The Broncos unfortunately were unable to see production from Ja’Wuan James at the right tackle position in 2019 due to knee injuries. But James should come back strong in 2020 and hopefully make a big impact on the right side of the offensive line.

It will take some time, but everybody is hopeful that the Broncos are able to get James up to speed again to play a full 16-game season, something that he, unfortunately, was unable to do in 2019—his first year with the team.

James has shown in the past that he is able to perform at a high level. He had his best season in 2015, allowing just two sacks.

He is signed for two more seasons. Hopefully, he is able to show that he can be a star at the right tackle position. That is something that the Broncos desperately need: stability on the offensive line.

James unfortunately has had bad luck with the injury bug. In his career, which began in 2014, he has played all 16 regular-season games just twice. The Broncos are relying on him to be fully healthy for the 2020 season as well as the remaining years on his current deal.
