Projected compensatory pick

One of the best coverage linebackers in the ACC, I love the idea of the Broncos adding Strnad with their projected compensatory fifth-round selection.

I think this is a guy who will excel on special teams right away in the NFL and his ability to cover at the linebacker position cannot be overstated. He had four interceptions and 10 pass breakups over the last three seasons at Wake Forest, including an injury-shortened 2019 campaign.

A big, powerful right guard prospect, Kevin Dotson caught everyone’s eye at the 2020 Shrine Game practices and would be a nice developmental player for Mike Munchak and Chris Kuper to mold.

In addition to being a big-play receiver for the Cavaliers, Joe Reed has been one of the best kick returners in all of college football over the last three seasons (five kickoff return touchdowns) and adds value on special teams.

He would be a great flyer for the Broncos late in the draft.

Projected compensatory pick

The Broncos are projected to be awarded two seventh-round compensatory picks.

Reggie Corbin is an explosive running back prospect who had 16 rushing touchdowns over the last two seasons. He’s shifty in space and would give the Broncos another option to consider on the back end of their roster.

Kindle Vildor is a personal favorite at this point, a very productive player for Georgia Southern whose personality shines through in his game.

I think he has inside-outside versatility but his ball skills are undeniable. He had 25 pass breakups and nine interceptions over the course of his career with Georgia Southern.

Next. Broncos an ideal landing spot for Stefon Diggs?. dark

Overall, this roster would not be bad for the Broncos at all and there’s certainly more they could do in free agency. This gives a look at what kind of draft the team could have if they decided to go heavy on offense in free agency.
