Conclusion

I have the Denver Broncos going 9-7 for the 2019 season. The team started off strong with some key wins against the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers. However, once September ended, things began to change for the team.

After the bye, I have the team losing four of their next five games. Add the Browns loss before the bye and it is at five losses in six games. That is where I believe the turning point for the worse comes to Denver.

However, their strong start and ending the regular season with two wins gives them a winning record. However, do I believe 9-7 will be enough to get into the playoffs? It really depends on how the other teams fair. Under normal circumstances, 9-7 is not enough to get a team into the postseason.

While I predict that it will be a successful season in terms of going from five and six wins the last two seasons to nine in 2019, it is a positive step in the right direction but not enough to reach the postseason.

If 9-7 does end up being enough, Denver would very likely be a sixth seed. But again, 9-7 normally is not enough. But I hope that Denver is successful. Only time will tell.
