Due to a wrist injury that will keep Devontae Booker out till at least week two, the Denver Broncos inked Stevan Ridley to bolster their depth at running back. Ridley is a talented back, but due to numerous past injuries and fumbles he found himself on plenty of teams the past few seasons. He for a time was the best running back on the New England Patriots roster before LeGarrette Blount came along.

Ridley and Jamaal Charles are the only players in their running back stable to register a 1,000 yards season. During time with the Patriots, Ridley ran for 1,263 yards with 12 total touchdowns. Apparently, Ridley is searching for his first receiving touchdown of his career. Due to eight fumbles in two years with the Patriots, his time came to an end.

At Training Camp on day four, Ridley appeared determined to prove he is worth a long look to be part of the Broncos regular season roster. However, one day is one day. Ridley must carry over the incredible vision and cutting ability to day five. His performance is enough to keep an eye on as Training Camp rolls on.
