Day three of Denver Broncos training camp is in the books.

The quarterback battle between Paxton Lynch and Trevor Siemian is well documented dating back to last season. Siemian and Lynch duked it out until Siemian ultimately became the starter.

Siemian played well during the season as far as first-year quarterbacks go; however, there is still plenty of improvement he needs to make. He must take more chances downfield to stretch a defense. Today, Siemian played like he did against Cincinnati last season on the road.

Lynch is showing incredible growth with progressions, mobility, and pass placement. In fact, Siemian may have played the best of either player the past three days, but Lynch made the best throw of camp. That throw proved Lynch will not go lightly in the quarterback race. Look for this to continue more and more into Training Camp.

Special teams the last few years has lacked the constant punch in the mouth. In the 2017 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos made a conscious effort to improve that area.

Carlos Henderson is the future third wide receiver and has return experience. Brendan Langley, cornerback from Lamar, can play the position also. Unknown Hunter Sharp is a interesting name for the practice squad.

There is no player that fits the mold of explosive on punts than Isaiah McKenzie. McKenzie is so explosive he makes a race with Barry Allen (“The Flash”) seem plausible to win.

Let’s dive into the observations from practice. Plus two bonus players.
