In 2017, Cornerback Aqib Talib will look to continue his dominance in the No Fly Zone. How will his stats look for the upcoming season?

There is no doubt that Aqib Talib is one of the best cornerbacks to play the game today. Every time he touches the football, he has a knack of returning it for a touchdown. In fact, Talib is currently in fourth place all time in pick sixes.

He is also the leader in Denver Broncos history with five interceptions returned for touchdowns.

Whenever he intercepts a quarterback, his mind is thinking touchdown. In the past three seasons, Aqib Talib has made the effort to help the Broncos out however he can. The interceptions have been game changers.

This season, he will have a chance to tie the record for most in a career. There is a good chance he can do it. But we shall wait and see. Talib and the rest of the No Fly Zone will look to remain the best secondary in the league.

How do I believe Aqib Talib will do this season? I believe he will do better than last season. He missed three games in 2016 with an injury. And in the 13 games he played in 2016, he recorded 43 tackles, three interceptions, and one touchdown.

Those are some impressive numbers. Imagine if he played all 16 games. I believe those numbers would be higher. I think that he will get that chance and play all 16 games during the 2017 season.

He has had at least one pick six every season since he joined the Denver Broncos. And I believe that trend will continue. I believe that he will continue to be a shutdown corner and help the Denver Broncos get back to the postseason.

One Sack

15 Passes Defended
