Todd Davis, LB

With Danny Trevathan off to the Chicago Bears and Brandon Marshall now making big money, the former undrafted Todd Davis is a player to watch for to break out this season. He showed out well in 2014 when he played his most extensive snaps as a rookie, and played a primarily special teams role this past season.

Taking over for Trevathan, the expectations for Davis will be high, but certainly, there will be hiccups along the way. The Broncos obviously thought highly of him in 2014, having brought him on from the Saints’ practice squad after drafting two linebackers the same year.

Davis has a chance to be one of the top breakthrough players on this entire Broncos roster because of the role he’s taking over for. Both Trevathan and Marshall had over 100 tackles this past season.
