Dillon Day, OL

Dillon Day is another player that the Broncos really like as one of their prized UDFA additions from last offseason. He was a good center at Mississippi State, but became infamous for stomping on another player’s leg.

In his first year with the Broncos, he was on the practice squad and developing behind one of the younger players on the team — Matt Paradis. Paradis also spent his entire first season on the practice squad, so he knows what Day is going through.

The Broncos view Day as an interior player, not just a center, so he’ll get a chance to compete for more than just one backup spot. His value as a center, however, can’t be overstated.
