The Denver Broncos offseason seems to be continuing along well. With a few hiccups as far as losing Ryan Clady and Jeff Heuerman to season ending injuries, the organized team activities are showing Broncos fans have something to hope for in 2015.

The next phase of the Broncos offseason workouts is the mandatory mini camp. This will run from Tuesday June 9th until Thursday June 11th. These three days will allow the Broncos to see more in depth what they have as a team. This also will act as somewhat of a dress rehearsal for players who could be on the roster bubble heading into training camp, which normally starts at the end of July. However, training camp dates have not been disclosed.

The only player that we do not expect to see at the veteran mini camp is Demaryius Thomas, who is still holding out in hopes to get a new contract. Remember that both sides have until July 15th to come up with a new deal or Demaryius Thomas will be forced to play under the franchise tag for the 2015 season.

One thing I look forward to during the Broncos mini camp is how the new players who came to the team via free agency and the players on the roster bubble fair. A few key players and/or position to look out for during the mini camp, in my opinion, are backup quarterback Brock Osweiler, the wide receiving corps, and the battle for the defensive tackle.

Stay tuned in all week as we prove coverage on the Broncos veteran mini camp. There is no doubt that something will pop up during the next three days.
