NFL Draft 2015: Denver Broncos Top Third Round Options
It’s the beginning of the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft, and the options are aplenty for the Denver Broncos.
After taking Ty Sambrailo in the 2nd round and Shane Ray in the first round, the Broncos are in a position to literally do whatever they want. They have addressed the offensive line this offseason with the additions of Shelley Smith, Gino Gradkowski, and the plan for Michael Schofield to get playing time.
With a shiny new pass rusher and a fresh tackle/guard prospect in the second, the Broncos have plenty of options in the third round. Here are some of my favorite and most interesting ones.
Quarterback
Bryce Petty, Baylor
Garrett Grayson, Colorado State
Running Back
Tevin Coleman, Indiana
Duke Johnson, Miami
Wide Receiver
Jaelen Strong, Arizona State (NEVERMIND TEXANS TOOK HIM HE SUCKS)
Tyler Lockett, Kansas State (NEVERMIND, SEAHAWKS GOT HIM HE SUCKS)
Tight End
Clive Walford, Miami (FL) (NEVERMIND, RAIDERS GOT HIM HE SUCKS)
Jeff Heuerman, Ohio State
Offensive Line
La’El Collins, LSU
T.J. Clemmings, Pittsburgh
Hroniss Grasu, Oregon
Daryl Williams, Oklahoma
John Miller, Louisville
Jamon Brown, Louisville
Defensive Line
Owamagbe Odighizuwa, UCLA (WHY IS HE STILL THERE)
Grady Jarrett, Clemson
Carl Davis, Iowa
Henry Anderson, Stanford
Trey Flowers, Arkansas
Za’Darius Smith, Kentucky
Linebacker
Paul Dawson, TCU
Lorenzo Mauldin, Louisville
Eli Harold, Virginia
Davis Tull, UT-Chattanooga
Defensive Back
Josh Shaw, USC
Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, Oregon
Steven Nelson, Oregon State
And there are still plenty more guys the Broncos could take. Who do you want to see them take? Sound off in the comments!
