Brock Osweiler has perhaps the most pressure on him during this offseason, and he is not even the starting quarterback on an NFL team. 2015 could be a real chance to prove to the franchise and the fans that he can be a great franchise quarterback.

The latest news coming out of Dove Valley is that the Broncos are bringing in Northwestern quarterback Trevor Siemian for a visit this Thursday and plan on taking him out to dinner and working him out next week. Trevor Siemian is recovering from a torn ACL injury, which speaks volumes about how much they think of him.

This latest news is just more pressure mounting on Brock Osweiler. With Chris Bonner drawing interest from Denver as well as the team offering Tyrod Taylor, a backup from the Baltimore Ravens, a deal that would have given him more money than what Buffalo offered. It seems like the Broncos have been back and forth on Brock Osweiler during this entire offseason.

Brock Osweiler is in his final year of his rookie contract. It just does not seem fair that he has yet to really prove himself and that there are quarterback’s that the Broncos are bringing in left and right. They have stated that they like Brock Osweiler and would like him to be the heir to Peyton Manning. They even mention that he will spell Peyton Manning more in 2015.

But with how the Broncos have conducted the quarterback position this offseason, I’m finding it really hard to believe. Brock Osweiler must feel like a guy who has a crush on a girl. The girl however keeps flirting with him and with other guys and he does not know what she really thinks of him.

I believe that these moves should light a huge fire under Brock Osweiler and give him that determination to prove to the Broncos that he can be the franchise quarterback. The reason that they drafted him in the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft. Because, I would find it really odd if the Broncos gave up on their second round draft pick. Normally players drafted that high are starting at about this time in their careers if at all.

Training camp and preseason are going to be the first chances that Brock Osweiler has to show the Broncos that they have a player that can lead the team to the promise land. Broncos Country, do not give up hope just yet. Brock Osweiler might have a trick or two up his sleeve.
