The Denver Broncos will begin organized team activities on April 10th. Vance Joseph made the announcement during the owners meetings.

With the Denver Broncos acquiring a new head coach, the team could begin their offseason workout programs as early as April 3rd.

Vance Joseph and the Broncos decided to wait a week longer before starting.

The Denver Broncos will begin their offseason workout program on Monday, April 10th. Joseph also announced that the offense will begin its first installment on April 11th.

Organized team activities are the first step towards the team getting prepared for the season.

What I will most likely be looking at is how Trevor Siemian and Paxton Lynch do in their first organized team activities of the offseason.

John Elway and Vance Joseph have said nothing but great things about how they are handling their work ethics since the season ended.

This will also be the first time that Vance Joseph and the coaching staff will be with the team. I am certain that the plan will be to get the first play’s of the new playbook together.

There will most likely be very little changes to the defense as Joseph will stick with the 3-4. But the offense will be getting a facelift.

Instead of the zone blocking scheme that Gary Kubiak ran in his two years at Denver, Joseph will most likely utilize a power blocking scheme. And with Mike McCoy running the offense, it should be a solid unit with the right pieces.

The only issue is finding a left tackle for the Denver Broncos. With some options in the draft, that could be the area they find the new starter.

The NFL Draft is just a month away. Hopefully some OTA practices will help Elway and Joseph figure out how to further approach the three day activities.
