Adrian Robinson was a competitor who did whatever he can to be a great player at the NFL level. He spent countless hours on the field and was a standout star. However, his quest took a tragic end.

The former Harrisburg High School football star, who played in six games with the Denver Broncos during the 2013 season, passed away last night as reported by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. The Tiger-Cats are a Canadian Football League team whom Adrian Robinson was set to report to training camp with. The story was first reported by a site called OwlScoop.com.

Adrian Robinson was just 25 years old at the time of his passing. The cause of his death is still not yet determined.

Playing in six games with the Denver Broncos, Adrian Robinson recorded three tackles in those games, which were the amount that he recorded throughout his career. He was more of a journeyman in his first few NFL seasons having played on six different teams. This includes the team that signed him as an undrafted free agent, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

He was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles a little over a year after he was picked up by Pittsburgh in a trade that sent Felix Jones to the Steelers. The Eagles released him one week later.

The Broncos then took their chances on Adrian Robinson two days after the release. He would provide some depth for the team during that time at the linebacker position while Von Miller served his six game suspension for attempting to cheat a drug test. Adrian Robinson would be released after the transaction of signing Tavarres King to the active roster.

He would go on to play for two more NFL teams before moving to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL.

Broncos Country wants to give the family and friends of Adrian Robinson their condolences during this difficult time. Once a Bronco, always a Bronco.
