“Revenge is a dish best served cold.”

When it comes to the Denver Broncos season opener against the Indianapolis Colts, truer words have never been spoken.

The last time the two played was in Week Seven of last year. The Colts walloped the Broncos and their ferocious pass-rush hounded quarterback Peyton Manning all night long.

Indianapolis quarterback Andrew Luck consistently moved the offense up and down the field to the tune of over 220 yards passing and four total touchdowns. Denver would go on to lose their first game of the 2013 season, 39-33.

The Broncos now play host to the Colts on Sunday night with a chance to avenge Manning’s spoiled homecoming game.

With so much turnover and change to their roster, it’ll be interesting to see what the Broncos do offensively and defensively when Luck and the Colts come to town.

So, let’s get a preview of Denver’s game plan versus Indy.
