Have any doubts that the Broncos are having fun this season? Look no further than right after Ronnie Hillman’s 19-yard run at the beginning of the fourth quarter.

As the referees were reviewing if it was in fact a touchdown, Hillman, Knowshon Moreno, and Montee Ball were playing rock, paper, scissors on the sideline to see which of them would get the goal line carry if one more yard was needed.

“I’m confused…huh,” Peyton Manning said when he heard. “I didn’t know that. I didn’t know that.”

That’s the only part of the offense Manning is confused about.

"Hillman said Moreno threw down a rock one beat too early and was disqualified, and Hillman’s scissors trumped Ball’s paper. – Lindsay H. Jones (USA Today)"

Hillman got the one-yard touchdown to put the Broncos up 37-14. Hillman led the team with nine carries for 66 yards. Ball added 61 yards on 11 carries and Moreno put up 39 yards on 12 carries. It was the Broncos’ best rushing performance of the season.

If losing at rock, paper, scissors on the sideline is the worst problem all night, then it shows the Broncos are on the right track.
