Broncos Begin Season By Hosting Steelers On Sunday Night Fooball

The Denver Broncos will in fact host the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night football to kick off the 2012 season.

According to Gerry Dulac from the Pittsburgh Post Gazette,

“Steelers will open the 2012 season Sunday night in Denver against Peyton Manning.” – Gerry Dulac (Twitter)

It was either the Steelers at home or New England on the road. The NFL clearly wants to take advantage of Peyton Manning’s move to Denver. They will likely give the Broncos 4-5 primetime games this season.

The Broncos official 2012 schedule will be released Tuesday at 5:00 pm MST, so keep it dialed in here for news and reaction.
