Bronco Gameday – Detroit Lions

The 5-2 Detroit Lions make their first visit to Denver since 2003 to face the 2-4 Broncos in a Week 8 inter-conference battle. The Broncos, who won 18-15 in overtime last week, will be wearing orange jerseys for the second time this season as fans get to experience Orange Sunday on Halloween Eve. Obviously another anticipated storyline on this Fall Sunday will be the play of Tim Tebow, as he comes off of a less than stellar performance, albeit a victory, against the Miami Dolphins. Comparing the records of the Dolphins (0-6) and the Lions (5-2), as well as the star power the Lions have on their roster, one would think that Mr. Tebow has a greater challenge ahead of him today compared to last Sunday. One thing is for sure, despite the challenge ahead of the Broncos and Tim Tebow, it will be entertaining to see how the team rebounds as they face a very sound football team.
