The Broncos are finding a way. And now, the team has won four games in a row and despite a pitiful 1-5 start, they are now 5-5 and firmly in the AFC playoff race. It is the first time the Broncos have won four games in a row since 2016.
As part of the victory, the Broncos snapped what was a five-game winning streak for the Minnesota Vikings.
It was a back-and-forth game all night and at times, it certainly looked like the Broncos were being outplayed. They were getting gashed by the Vikings' run game and in the fourth quarter, with the ball at their own 31-yard line, they ran a fake punt that gained 31 yards and looked like it would end up being the biggest play of the game.
But the Broncos held them to a field goal and gave the offense one more chance to do something it had not done all night, score a touchdown. Here are the biggest stars from this game for the Broncos.

Russell Wilson
This clearly isn't Russell Wilson from the Seattle Seahawks days anymore, but he is, perhaps quietly, having an excellent season for the Broncos.
Wilson kept his team in the game and though all they were able to do was kick field goals most of the night, when the chips were down, Russ came up Aces.
With the Vikings up 20-15, the Broncos had to go down the field and score a touchdown for the first time all game in order to get the win. Russ showed poise and drew on his experience, putting his teammates in the best position to win.
On that final drive, Wilson completed 6-of-8 passes for 68 yards and finished it by hitting this throw from 15 yards out to Courtland Sutton to provide the game-winning points.
Wilson completed 77 percent of his passes in this game and for the season, he now has 19 touchdown passes to just four interceptions. He's getting it done and he is becoming the leader this team needs.

Courtland Sutton
Sutton has to appear in the winner's circle because he is becoming Wilson's most trusted target. His game-winning catch was a thing of beauty as he went up and snatched the ball out of the air to score his eighth touchdown of the season. Impressively, it was Sutton's fifth game in a row with a touchdown catch.
Sutton also had another big catch on the possession. On a fourth down play early in the drive, Wilson floated a ball over a Minnesota defender and though there was defensive pass interference on the play, Sutton still brought it in with one hand.
Less than a week after making one of the best catches of the season, Sutton had another terrific performance and he is really beginning to have a terrific season for this team.
Samaje Perine
Samaje Perine didn't do much in the game until the final drive, but he was the key piece for the team when it needed him.
He made four catches for 43 yards on that drive and converted some timely first downs to keep the drive going. On one play, he did have the ball ripped from his hands and was quite fortunate to have it bounce out of bounds before Minnesota could recover, but Perine's play on that final drive was essential to this victory.

Ja'Quan McMillian
The biggest reason for this team's turnaround has been the play of this defense, particularly when it comes to creating turnovers.
The Broncos forced three turnovers in this game and Ja'Quan McMillian was in on two of those. On the Vikings' first possession, the team tried a bit of a trick play on 3rd-and-1 where T.J. Hockenson took the snap and pitched it back to Joshua Dobbs. But just as Dobbs crossed the first-down marker, Kareem Jackson blasted him with a hit and the ball came loose.
McMillian picked the ball up and the Broncos had the ball at the Vikings' 30-yard line. That set up the first score of the game as the Broncos took a 3-0 lead.
Later in the game, Jewell got a hit on Dobbs, causing the ball to flutter out of his hands. Being alert and in the right place, McMillian intercepted that pass and that set up another field goal.
Josey Jewell
Jewell is certainly playing like one of the leaders on this team right now. You see him and/or fellow inside linebacker Alex Singleton in on nearly every play and as stated, he was responsible for helping create two turnovers in this game as he also grabbed a fumble by Vikings running back Alexander Mattison in the game as well.

Wil Lutz
Though it gets incredibly frustrating to see so many Broncos drives end with field goals, it's nice that the team has what has become a very reliable kicker.
Lutz made all five of his field-goal attempts in this game and provided the majority of the scoring for the Broncos, allowing the team to hang around and stay within striking distance. Kickers are often lost in the shuffle, but when you have one that makes five kicks in one game, it's clear that you would not have won that game without that kicker.
He has now made 22 of his 24 field-goal attempts this season.
Justin Simmons
The defensive leader has to be on this list, especially when it was his birthday.
Justin Simmons turned 30 years old on Sunday and he celebrated with a Broncos victory. He had four tackles on the night, but he also had three pass breakups. Two of those came during the Vikings' final possession.
Needing just a field goal to win, Dobbs tried to get his team in position for a game-winning kick. His top option in the passing game, Hockenson, had the ball knocked out of his hands twice by Simmons on that final drive.
Though neither play would have resulted in a ton of damage being done on that drive, it would have kept the Vikings moving down the field and the down-and-distance situations much more manageable.
Those two plays won't be talked about much, but they were big in the overall picture. Happy Birthday, Justin!
