Denver Broncos All-Time free agency offensive team
Tight end: Owen Daniels, 2015
The great tight ends in Broncos history were drafted such as Shannon Sharpe and Riley Odoms, but Owen Daniels made a nice splash for the team in his lone season in Denver.
Signed due to his familiarity with Gary Kubiak from their days with the Houston Texans, Daniels played in all 16 games for the Broncos in 2015, catching 46 passes for 517 yards and three touchdowns.
The Broncos spread the ball around of offense that season but in the AFC Championship Game against the New England Patriots, Daniels accounted for both of the team's touchdowns on the day en route to a 20-18 victory.
He caught one pass in Super Bowl 50 as the Broncos defeated the Carolina Panthers to win their third Super Bowl.
Daniels' time in Denver was short but he did what was asked of him and blended quite well with the offense in place.
