The Denver Broncos don't have to release an official injury report until later in the week, but perfect attendance at practice is a better indicator than any official report could possibly be.

And perfect attendance is exactly what the Denver Broncos had at their Monday practice, including a return to the practice field for wide receiver/return specialist Marvin Mims Jr. (foot), Que Robinson, and Adam Trautman.

Even without an official practice report from the team, this is bad news for the Kansas City Chiefs. The Broncos might have the entire team available for Week 1...

Denver Broncos have the entire roster practicing ahead of Week 1 vs. Chiefs

To have an entire roster fully healthy going into the regular season probably isnt unprecedented, but it's definitely rare.

There is almost always at least somebody coming into the regular season dealing with some sort of issue, or some key starter on short-term IR...something.

Very rarely do you have an entire 53-man roster -- and the whole starting lineup -- healthy and available for Week 1 of the regular season. The only caveat is obviously outside linebacker Jonathon Cooper, who will open the 2026 season on the Commissioner's Exempt List as his off-field situation is sorted out.

The biggest question mark going into the week was wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr., who missed a good chunk of training camp with an injury and then was injured in the only preseason game in which he appeared. Mims apparently suffered a significant bruise on his foot when he was stepped on after competing for a pass from Jarrett Stidham against the Vikings.

He was back and practicing for the Broncos early in the week after working on the side field last week. The Broncos need Mims available for the season if for no other reason than his exceptional return abilities. As valuable as Mims has been to the offense, the team doesn't have another solution on the roster right now in the return game.

WIth the plan likely being to call up fullback Adam Prentice and long snapper Mitchell Fraboni from the practice squad for Week 1, it would have been tough to figure out how the Broncos were going to adjust in the event that Mims wasn't available due to injury.

Thankfully, it doesn't seem like that's going to be an issue.

The Broncos are entering the season at full strength as a roster, which gives us a unique opportunity to actually see how good this team's roster is, not only in terms of the depth but the top-end talent.

That's exactly what you need going into a hostile environment like Kansas City: All hands on deck.

The Chiefs don't appear to be in the same boat as the Broncos. They are already looking at the potential of missing their starting left tackle -- Josh Simmons -- due to a back injury. Considering they've already had a competition this offseason at right tackle, any injury at either tackle position feels like a brutal situation.

Having your roster available is such a significant part of the weekly battle in the NFL, and if the Broncos want to start fast, having the entire team practicing could be a massive advantage.
