Three moves that will take Broncos to Super Bowl in 2023

2. Fixing the offensive line

The offensive line was easily the worst unit for the team this year.  It didn’t help that someone unqualified like Butch Barry was the unit’s coach.  Between a rash of injuries, including Garett Bolles and Quinn Meinerz, the group simply could not consistently keep Russell Wilson upright.

To be fair, though, Wilson does take a ton of sacks given his style of play, so that definitely made the struggles more pronounced.

However, if we look at the players overall, the Broncos just don’t have a ton of talent in this group outside of Garett Bolles and Quinn Meinerz.  I’d expect at least three new starters along this unit before the 2023 season begins.

There are some interesting names the team can target in free agency, but also getting Mike Munchak back in the building will help cover up any weak spots.  Wilson will turn 35 during the 2023 season so it’s imperative that the unit is able to keep him as clean as possible.

Hiring Jim Harbaugh also helps with this, as he’s known to build solid teams in the trenches.
