Broncos should get a good look at Tyler Badie, Running back

The Broncos went and grabbed Tyler Badie off of the practice squad of the Baltimore Ravens, so they may as well use him.

With Mack now on injured reserve, Latavius Murray and Chase Edmonds are the only other running backs on the roster and it remains to be seen how either of them will fit into the team’s future plans.

The team pretty much knows what it has in Murray and Edmonds has proven to be a good receiver out of the backfield when healthy. Badie should get some work in this game and the Broncos may be able to count on the sixth-round pick out of Missouri next season.

In four years with the Tigers, Badie rushed for over 2,700 yards but most of that came during a 1,600-yard senior campaign. He also proved to be a very good receiver when needed.

The Broncos are certainly going to have to address their rushing attack this offseason but if Badie could prove to be a viable option, it could save them a bit of the trouble in doing so.
