Conclusion

So thats’ where we stand, Broncos Country. It seems like everything we’ve done lately is a day late and a dollar short. However, I do believe that George Paton and the ownership group can get this turned around in the future.

As I’ve laid out today, there are several necessary steps that need to be taken this offseason in order to restore the Denver Broncos to their competitive ways.

Forget “sexy playcalling” or “innovative coaching ideas”. This team is in a dire need of blunt, hard-nosed, discipline leadership that isn’t going to put up with BS.  Football is a game that starts in the dirt and I feel like this team has lost sight of that.

If you don’t want to be bullied in the trenches anymore, then find better muscle. Tired of having an ineffective offense? Find more stallions that can fight for the tough yards.

A new era of Denver Broncos football is upon us and if it’s going to include any success, these steps have to be taken ASAP.

Broncos Country, it’s been a tough ride. Hopefully team leadership heeds my advice and are proactive with these moves in the coming weeks/months ahead. Until then, stay strong, stick together, and don’t be afraid to throw out those Mile High Salutes.
