Broncos vs. Panthers bold prediction No. 2: Lesser-known wide receivers come through

The Broncos have to have at least one good offensive performance this season and it’s going to come in this game.

With both Jerry Jeudy and K.J. Hamler out for the contest, the Broncos are going to need someone to step up in the passing game. The Panthers will be able to zero in on shutting down Courtland Sutton, but Russell Wilson will be able to turn to some of the guys that are further down the depth chart and they will come through.

Kendall Hinton, Jalen Virgil and Montrell Washington will be the players the Broncos need to depend on in this game and perhaps the future as both Hamler and Jeudy have proven to be too frequently unavailable and inconsistent.

On the season, the trio of Hinton, Washington and Virgil has a total of 17 receptions. In this game, they will combine for nearly half of that while also helping the team keep the chains moving and allowing the playbook to be opened up a bit more than we have seen this season.

Prediction: Hinton, Washington and Virgil combine for 8 receptions, 100+ yards and 1 touchdown
