To re-sign or let go: Denver Broncos 2023 free agents

Running backs: Melvin Gordon, Mike Boone, Marlon Mack, Latavius Murray

The Broncos running back room is going to be bare next offseason.  Right now, if the Broncos were to let these four men walk, they’d have Chase Edmonds and an injured Javonte Williams as the only running backs.

Melvin Gordon should not have been brought back this offseason and has a fumbling issue.  Mike Boone has been injured and is a third-string type of back.  Marlon Mack was recently acquired and has not seen the field yet for Denver, and Latavius Murray has been a hard runner for Denver.

I’d like Murray the most as someone who could provide some decent play while Williams is getting healed from his knee injury.  Murray could be a nice RB2 for Denver for some of 2023.

Re-sign: Latavius Murray

Let-go: Melvin Gordon, Mike Boone, Marlon Mack
